PCB Jobs 2023 | The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is currently seeking talented and experienced coaches to join our team for the following positions:
- Head Coach
- Batting Coach
- Bowling Coach
- Fielding Coach
- Strength & Conditioning Coach
As a Coach at PCB, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing the skills of Pakistan’s national cricket team players to help them achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute training sessions and practice games to help players develop their skills and techniques
- Provide feedback and coaching to players to help them improve their performance
- Develop and implement performance plans for individual players and the team as a whole
- Work closely with the team’s support staff, including physiotherapists and trainers, to ensure the team is physically and mentally prepared for matches
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas of weakness and opportunities for improvement
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with team management and players
Requirements:
- Minimum of Level 2 coaching certification from the Pakistan Cricket Board or an accredited international cricket organization
- Minimum of 5 years of coaching experience at a professional or international level
- Strong knowledge of cricket techniques, strategies, and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire players
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of coaches, players, and support staff
- Passion for the sport of cricket and a commitment to helping players achieve their full potential
