NTS Jobs 2023 | National Testing Service (NTS) is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to fill management positions within the organization.
The successful candidates will be responsible for managing and leading teams, developing and implementing strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of testing and assessment services to clients.
The ideal candidates should have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams responsible for testing and assessment services.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful delivery of testing and assessment services.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop testing and assessment solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage testing and assessment projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring that financial targets are met.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing and assessment services, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in management, with experience in testing and assessment services preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
