Food Authority Jobs 2023 | Food Authority is a regulatory body responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of food products sold and consumed in Balochistan.
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Food Safety Officers to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards of food safety.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct food safety inspections and audits of food establishments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Investigate complaints and incidents related to food safety, and take appropriate enforcement action when necessary.
- Provide education and training to food businesses and consumers on food safety and related issues.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on food safety activities and trends.
- Work closely with other agencies and stakeholders to promote and maintain food safety in the community.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in food safety, food regulation, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software applications.
