Hajj Jobs 2023 | The Ministry of Hajj, Pakistan is currently seeking highly motivated and skilled Clerical Staff to join our team.
As a Clerical Staff, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in support of the Ministry’s operations.
About This Organization:
The Ministry of Hajj is responsible for organizing and facilitating the annual Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca, Saudi Arabia, which is one of the largest religious gatherings in the world.
The Ministry’s mission is to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of pilgrims during their journey and to promote the values of Islam and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate offices
- Maintaining and updating records and databases
- Drafting and formatting documents such as memos, letters, and reports
- Filing and organizing paperwork and documents
- Assisting with logistical arrangements for events and meetings
- Performing other clerical duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in clerical or administrative support roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Urdu; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
