SSGCL Jobs 2023 | Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL) is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Deputy Managing Director to join our dynamic team in Karachi. As the Deputy Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of SSGC.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Managing Director in developing and implementing strategic plans and objectives.
• Oversee and manage the operations of the company to ensure they meet established goals, objectives, and standards.
• Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement programs to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and government officials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance and budgets.
• Knowledge of the gas industry and regulatory environment in Pakistan.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or CMA are preferred.
