Army Jobs 2023 | Pakistan Army is looking for a competent Lower Division Clerk to join its team at the Headquarters in Rawalpindi. As a Lower Division Clerk, you will be responsible for providing clerical support to the organization, including data entry, record-keeping, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining records and files accurately
- Sorting and distributing mail
- Preparing routine correspondence
- Data entry and management
- Maintaining office equipment and supplies
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Intermediate or equivalent degree
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Urdu and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience as a clerk will be an added advantage
