Army Jobs 2023 | Pakistan Army is looking for a competent Lower Division Clerk to join its team at the Headquarters in Rawalpindi. As a Lower Division Clerk, you will be responsible for providing clerical support to the organization, including data entry, record-keeping, filing, and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining records and files accurately
• Sorting and distributing mail
• Preparing routine correspondence
• Data entry and management
• Maintaining office equipment and supplies
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Intermediate or equivalent degree
• Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Urdu and English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Prior experience as a clerk will be an added advantage
