ASF Jobs 2023 | Airport Security Foundation (ASF), a leading provider of security services for airports worldwide, is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of Management, Technical, and Security (MTS) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the security department.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure security protocols are in place and adhered to.
- Provide technical support for security systems, including access control, CCTV, and other security equipment.
- Monitor security systems and respond to alarms or other incidents.
- Conduct security assessments and recommend improvements to security measures.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Conduct security training for staff and contractors.
- Manage and supervise security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct investigations into security incidents or breaches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in an airport environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of security systems and equipment.
- Experience in conducting security assessments and implementing security plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to security and emergency management.
