Bar Council Jobs 2023 | Bar Council is currently seeking clerical staff to join its team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Pakistan Bar Council’s various departments, including but not limited to, the Legal Education Committee, the Human Rights Committee, and the Disciplinary Committee.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the organization of committee meetings, including preparing agendas, circulating papers, and taking minutes.
- Provide administrative support to the Pakistan Bar Council’s various departments, including maintaining databases, updating websites, and responding to queries.
- Assist with the organization of events and training sessions, including booking venues, arranging travel and accommodation, and preparing materials.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and answering telephone calls.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director Administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures would be an added advantage.
