ETEA Jobs 2023. The Public Health Engineering Department is responsible for providing safe drinking water and sanitation facilities to the citizens of Pakistan. We are currently seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill technical and management positions in our department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fresh or Few years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of projects related to water supply and sanitation facilities. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Assist the chief engineer in the planning and execution of projects. Provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
- Provide technical support to project teams. Conduct research and analysis to support project planning and execution.
- Manage the department’s information technology systems and infrastructure. Ensure that systems are secure, reliable, and up-to-date.
- Manage the department’s human resources activities, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
