FECHS Jobs 2023. The Federal Employees Cooperative Housing Society (FECHS) is seeking qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical positions within our organization. FECHS is one of the largest and most prestigious cooperative housing societies in Pakistan, dedicated to providing high-quality housing solutions to our members.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Positions: Planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of housing projects, ensuring compliance with local and national building codes and regulations.
- Non-Technical Positions: Providing excellent customer service, managing budgets and resources, and developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Technical Positions: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, architecture, or surveying, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Non-Technical Positions: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, accounting, or a related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and skills for technical positions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for non-technical positions.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations.
