Federal Jobs 2023 | Federal Ombudsman Secretariat is a government agency responsible for ensuring that citizens’ rights are protected and that government institutions operate in a transparent and accountable manner.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Head to oversee our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Regional Office, ensuring that all staff members are performing their duties in an efficient and effective manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure that the Regional Office is meeting its goals and objectives.
- Manage the budget and resources of the Regional Office to ensure that they are being used effectively and efficiently.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, civil society organizations, and the media.
- Prepare reports on the activities of the Regional Office for the Federal Ombudsman Secretariat and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Public Administration, Political Science, or Law.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior management position in a government agency or non-governmental organization.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
