GHRDC Jobs 2023. Garrison Human Resource Development Center (GHRDC) is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Civil Teacher to join its team in Lahore.
GHRDC is a premier training and development institute of the Pakistan Army, dedicated to providing high-quality education and training to military personnel and civilians.
The Civil Teacher will be responsible for teaching civil engineering courses to military personnel and civilians, as well as developing and delivering training programs in the field of civil engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach civil engineering courses to military personnel and civilians, including subjects such as engineering drawing, surveying, construction materials, and structural analysis.
• Develop and deliver training programs on civil engineering topics, such as building design, construction project management, and maintenance and repair of infrastructure.
• Prepare and deliver lectures, demonstrations, and practical exercises to enhance learning outcomes.
• Develop course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
• Assess and evaluate student learning through assignments, exams, and other assessment methods.
• Participate in departmental and institutional committees and meetings as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• At least three years of relevant work experience in civil engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Ability to develop and deliver training programs and courses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English and Urdu.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
