HBFCL Jobs 2023 | HBFCL is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager Recovery to join our team.
As an Assistant Manager Recovery, you will be responsible for overseeing the recovery and collection of delinquent loans, managing the foreclosure process, and leading a team of recovery officers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to recover delinquent loans in a timely and effective manner
- Manage the foreclosure process and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Supervise and lead a team of recovery officers, providing guidance and training as needed
- Monitor the performance of the recovery team and implement performance improvement plans as necessary
- Analyze data on loan delinquencies and develop reports on recovery efforts
- Work with other departments to ensure a seamless loan recovery process
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to loan recovery
- Attend court hearings and assist in legal proceedings related to loan recovery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in loan recovery, foreclosure, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of legal requirements related to loan recovery and foreclosure
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
