HEC Jobs 2023 | Higher Education Commission (HEC) has announced various top level management vacancies in its organization. We are looking for various experienced and motivated individuals to manage our operations department in Islamabad.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct and coordinate operational activities of the organization
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational objectives
- Monitor and analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and cooperation
- Provide guidance and support to operational staff
Requirements:
- Minimum education requirement is a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a public sector organization
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Selection Criteria:
- The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview
- The interview panel will evaluate the communication skills, personality, and suitability of candidates for the position
