HEC Jobs 2023 | The Higher Education Commission (HEC) is currently seeking experienced and motivated individuals to fill various management positions. As a member of the HEC team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of higher education in Pakistan.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the respective department
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies to achieve the goals and objectives of the department
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the department and develop plans for improvement as needed
• Develop and manage budgets for the department
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the department
• Provide regular reports to the Executive Director and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Management, Finance, or Education
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a leadership or management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of higher education policies and procedures
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Age limit for the candidate is 50 years old
