Housing Jobs 2023 | Ministry of Housing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee all aspects of hospitality and catering services for its staff and visitors.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the Ministry’s hospitality and catering services, including planning, budgeting, and staffing
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Maintain high standards of quality and service delivery, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback, and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services
• Manage and supervise staff, including providing training, mentoring, and support
• Participate in budget planning and management, as well as resource allocation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5-7 years of experience in hospitality management, with demonstrated experience in managing catering and hospitality services for large organizations
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of success in managing teams and achieving results
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
