Insurance Jobs 2023. State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Management Executives to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for selling life insurance policies to potential customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets assigned by the company
- Communicate effectively with clients to determine their insurance needs
- Educate customers about the benefits and features of life insurance policies
- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential customers
- Process policy applications and ensure accuracy of information
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Follow up on leads and referrals to generate new business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- At least 1 year of sales experience in a reputable organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with insurance products and services
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred
