The selection process for the Sailor position in the Pakistan Navy is highly competitive and rigorous. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted for the following stages:

1. Entrance Test: Candidates will be required to take an entrance test, which will include questions on English, Mathematics, and General Knowledge.
2. Physical Fitness Test: Shortlisted candidates will have to pass a physical fitness test, which will include running, push-ups, sit-ups, and chin-ups.
3. Preliminary Medical Examination: Candidates who pass the physical fitness test will have to undergo a preliminary medical examination to ensure they meet the medical standards required for the role.
