Judiciary Jobs 2023 | The District & Session Judge is a public sector organization responsible for administering justice in the district courts of Pakistan.
The organization is seeking highly qualified and experienced individuals to fill its vacancies for various positions.
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to the public and ensuring the efficient and effective administration of justice in their respective districts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct court proceedings in accordance with the law and judicial procedures.
- Hear and adjudicate civil and criminal cases, including civil disputes, contracts, criminal offenses, and family matters.
- Analyze evidence and legal arguments presented by litigants.
- Interpret and apply laws, rules, and regulations.
- Issue judgments, orders, and decrees in a fair and impartial manner.
- Manage court records and proceedings in an organized and timely manner.
- Work with court staff and other judicial officials to ensure the efficient and effective administration of justice.
- Engage in continuing education and professional development to stay current with legal developments and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law from a recognized institution.
- Must be registered as an advocate with the Pakistan Bar Council.
- At least 1 years of experience as a practicing lawyer.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and make impartial judgments.
- Proficiency in computer applications and software.
