Judiciary Jobs 2023 | District & Session Court is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Clerical Staff.

The Clerical Staff will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties including but not limited to filing, data entry, answering phones, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Filing and maintaining records
• Data entry and management
• Processing and distributing mail
• Maintaining office supplies inventory
• Assisting with court proceedings as needed
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications:

• Excellent typing skills with high accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures preferred but not required
