Judiciary Jobs 2023. The District and Session Courts are the primary trial courts in Pakistan, dealing with both civil and criminal cases at the district level. We are currently seeking qualified individuals to fill management positions in our district and session courts.

Requirements:

• Intermediate, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
• Fresh or few  years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with relevant software and databases

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration of justice in the district and session courts, including the conduct of trials and the management of court staff.
• Assist the district and session judge in the administration of justice and conduct of trials.
• Adjudicate civil cases and ensure that the rules of civil procedure are followed.
• Oversee the management of the session court, including the scheduling of cases, allocation of courtrooms, and management of court staff.
• Prepare and maintain court documents, assist in the scheduling of cases, and provide administrative support to the judges and court staff.
• Provide administrative support to the court staff, including the preparation of court documents, scheduling of cases, and management of court records.
