KPPSC Jobs 2023 | The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission (KPPSC) is a public sector organization responsible for recruiting civil servants in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
KPPSC is seeking highly qualified and experienced individuals to fill the vacancies of civil judges in the province’s judiciary. The successful candidates will be responsible for administering justice in the civil courts and delivering high-quality services to the public.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct court proceedings in accordance with the law and judicial procedures.
- Hear and adjudicate civil cases, including civil disputes, contracts, and family matters.
- Analyze evidence and legal arguments presented by litigants.
- Interpret and apply laws, rules, and regulations.
- Issue judgments, orders, and decrees in a fair and impartial manner.
- Manage court records and proceedings in an organized and timely manner.
- Work with court staff and other judicial officials to ensure the efficient and effective administration of justice.
- Engage in continuing education and professional development to stay current with legal developments and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law from a recognized institution.
- Must be registered as an advocate with the Pakistan Bar Council.
- At least 3 years of experience as a practicing lawyer.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and make impartial judgments.
- Proficiency in computer applications and software.
