KPT Jobs 2023 | Karachi Port Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team. The Consultant will be responsible for providing professional advice and guidance to management on a range of strategic, operational, and organizational matters.
The successful candidate will be required to perform a range of tasks including, but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on a range of strategic, operational, and organizational matters.
- Analyze complex data and information to identify key trends and issues, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
- Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and to implement change initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of business cases and proposals.
- Provide training and coaching to staff to support their professional development.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- At least 03 to 05 years of relevant work experience in a consulting or advisory role.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects and initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
