The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, implementation, and maintenance of our ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an ERP strategy that aligns with the organization’s objectives
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of the ERP system
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of the system
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the ERP system
- Provide technical leadership to the ERP team
- Ensure that the ERP system is compliant with relevant regulations and standards
- Analyze data and provide insights to aid in decision-making
- Train and educate end-users on the ERP system
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in ERP management and implementation
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- Experience in analyzing data and providing insights
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
