MNFSR Jobs 2023. The Ministry of National Food Security and Research (MNFSR) is seeking experienced Technical Staff to join our team in Islamabad. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support in the development and implementation of policies, programs, and projects related to agriculture, livestock, and natural resources management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on technical issues related to agriculture, livestock, and natural resources management in Pakistan.
- Develop and implement policies and programs to promote sustainable agriculture, improve livestock management, and enhance the management of natural resources.
- Provide technical assistance and support to government agencies, farmers, and other stakeholders to improve technical practices and increase productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technical programs and projects, and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Represent the MNFSR in meetings, conferences, and other events related to technical issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports on technical activities and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Livestock, Natural Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical roles, with a focus on agriculture, livestock, or natural resource management.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and develop evidence-based recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in program development, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation.
- Knowledge of national and international technical policies, practices, and trends related to agriculture, livestock, and natural resource management.
