MOD Jobs 2023 | Ministry of Defence (MOD) has announced multiple vacancies in its organization. We are looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our team in Islamabad.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct and coordinate technical activities related to national defense and security
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve technical objectives
- Ensure compliance with technical regulations and standards
- Monitor and analyze technical performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments and organizations to ensure effective coordination and cooperation
- Provide technical guidance and advice to senior officials
Requirements:
- Minimum education requirement is a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in a technical management role, preferably in defense or security-related industries
- Strong technical knowledge and skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience working in government or military is a plus
Selection Criteria:
- The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview
- The interview panel will evaluate the communication skills, personality, and suitability of candidates for the position
