MoFE Jobs 2023. The Ministry of Federal Education is seeking experienced and highly motivated Educational Administrators to join its team. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the administration of educational institutions and ensuring the provision of quality education to students.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of educational institutions under the Ministry of Federal Education
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the effective administration of educational institutions
- Ensure compliance with national educational standards and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to school administrators and teachers
- Manage the recruitment and training of educational personnel
- Develop and manage budgets for educational institutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders including parents, community leaders, and government officials to promote education and address any issues or concerns
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of educational institutions and recommend improvements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in educational administration
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of national educational standards and regulations
- Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
