The Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MoITT) is seeking Administrative and Clerical Staff to join its team. The ideal candidates will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the department, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Manage the department’s calendar and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, and redirect them to appropriate personnel if necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of departmental activities and financial transactions.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business administration, management, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a government or corporate environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with government procedures and regulations is desirable.
