MoWR Jobs 2023 | The Ministry of Water Resources is seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Water Resources Specialist. As a Water Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for the management and development of the country’s water resources.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on water resources management and development issues
- Develop policies and strategies for the management and development of water resources
- Implement water resources projects and programs
- Provide technical assistance and advice to government agencies, NGOs, and private sector stakeholders
- Collaborate with national and international organizations on water resources management and development issues
- Develop and maintain databases and information systems related to water resources
- Prepare reports and presentations on water resources management and development issues
- Ensure compliance with national and international water resources laws and regulations
- Conduct public outreach and awareness campaigns on water resources management and development issues
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in water resources engineering, environmental science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of water resources management and development principles, practices, and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
