Navy Jobs 2023. Pakistan Navy is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to join our team as Civilian Staff in Karachi. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing administrative, technical, and support services to various departments and units within the Pakistan Navy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
• Provide technical support to various units, including troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Provide logistical support for training exercises, events, and other activities, including coordinating transportation, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist with recruitment and personnel management activities, including maintaining personnel records and providing support for performance evaluations.
• Assist with financial management activities, including managing budgets and coordinating procurement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administrative, technical, or support roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of administrative, technical, and support practices and procedures.
