NBP Jobs 2023 | The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), one of the largest and most respected banks in Pakistan, is seeking experienced and highly qualified candidates to fill multiple vacancies in the area of Audit & Inspection.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and assess potential risks to the bank’s operations, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Develop and implement audit plans and programs to address identified risks.
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management.
• Provide recommendations for improvements to internal controls and processes.
• Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective implementation.
• Conduct investigations into suspected fraudulent activities or violations of bank policies or procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, or CPA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing and/or compliance.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices for internal controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
