OGDCL Jobs 2023 | OGDCL, the Oil and Gas Development Company Limited, is currently seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to fill multiple vacancies in our security and clerical departments.
As an OGDCL employee, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to the exploration, production, and sale of oil and gas resources in Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain security of company premises
- Monitor access and egress points
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises
- Respond to emergency situations
- Manage visitor registration and processing
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, record keeping, and filing
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Provide support to senior management
- Maintain office supplies inventory and equipment
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Minimum Matriculation with 2 years of relevant experience for security roles
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field for clerical roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
