PAEC Jobs 2023 | Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join our team as management staff at our headquarters in Islamabad.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about promoting peaceful applications of nuclear technology, and dedicated to ensuring the safe and secure use of atomic energy for the benefit of Pakistan’s economy and society.
The ideal candidates will have a strong background in management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to promoting efficiency and accountability in the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals
- Providing leadership and direction to staff to ensure effective performance and productivity
- Developing and managing budgets and financial resources
- Conducting research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Participating in meetings and committees to represent the organization and provide input on relevant issues
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, public administration, or finance
- At least 10 years of experience in management or related field, with demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of nuclear technology and related laws and regulations is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
