PAF Jobs 2023 | Pakistan Air Force (PAF) is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to join our team as an Occupational Therapist and Vocational Trainer.
As a leading organization in the defense sector, we are committed to providing comprehensive support services to our personnel and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement occupational therapy programs for individuals with physical, emotional, or cognitive disabilities
- Assess clients’ needs and develop treatment plans
- Use therapeutic techniques to improve clients’ functional abilities and independence
- Provide training and education to clients and their families on adaptive equipment, home modifications, and other interventions
- Develop and implement vocational training programs to support clients’ transition into the workforce
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Relevant professional certification(s) (if applicable)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in the relevant area(s)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
