PCSIR Jobs 2023 | Ministry of Science & Technology is seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Management and Technical Staff.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and providing technical expertise in various scientific research and development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and support to scientific research and development projects
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the organization
- Manage and supervise staff members in various departments
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and other management reports
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of services provided to the public
- Coordinate with other government agencies and organizations as required
- Provide support and advice to the Ministry
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a management or technical role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of government policies and regulations is preferred
