PHF Jobs 2023 | Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Executive Secretary to provide administrative support to the federation’s top management. The position is based in Lahore, Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the PHF.
- Manage correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
- Assist in organizing events and meetings, and coordinate logistics.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of hockey and the sports industry is preferred.
