PICIIP Jobs 2023 | Local Government & Community Development Department is seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Management Staff.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing projects related to local governance and community development.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing policies and strategies to improve local governance and community development
- Managing and supervising projects related to community development, public service delivery, and infrastructure development
- Preparing project proposals, budgets, and progress reports
- Building relationships with stakeholders, including government officials, NGOs, and community leaders
- Conducting research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for collaboration
- Providing guidance and support to junior staff members
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Public Administration, Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a government or development organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
