PMA Jobs 2023 | Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) invites applications from eligible candidates for PMA Long Course 152.
The course is designed to provide comprehensive training to young men to become competent officers of the Pakistan Army.
The course is based at PMA in Kakul, Abbottabad, Pakistan.
Requirements:
- Male candidates with Pakistani nationality.
- Age limit: 17 to 22 years on 1st May 2023. (Relaxable for three months both in upper and lower age limit)
- Minimum height: 5 feet 4 inches (162.5 cm)
- Minimum weight: As per the Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Minimum education: F.A/F.Sc or equivalent (Candidates appearing in F.A/F.Sc part-II examination can also apply).
- Candidates with higher qualifications are eligible but will not be given any extra credit during the selection process.
Selection Procedure:
- Initial/Entrance test will be conducted at AS&RCs (Army Selection and Recruitment Centers) by the Pakistan Army. Candidates will undergo a written test, physical test, and medical examination.
- Successful candidates will then be called for an interview at PMA.
- Final selection will be based on the candidate’s overall performance in the entrance test, interview, and medical examination.
Training:
- Successful candidates will undergo a rigorous and comprehensive training program at PMA.
- The training includes physical training, drill, weapon training, tactics, leadership, and academic courses.
- The training period is two years, which includes six months of practical training in various Army units.
