PMDFC Jobs 2023. The Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) is excited to announce vacancies for its new program. PMDFC is a company owned by the Government of Punjab and established to provide financial and technical assistance to the local governments for the development of urban infrastructure and services in the province.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with relevant software and databases
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the program, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Manage financial resources and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement an M&E plan to track program progress and make recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the procurement process for goods and services required for the program.
- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure and systems required for the program.
- Develop and implement a communication strategy to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure that the program is socially inclusive and that the interests of vulnerable groups are protected.
- Ensure that the program is environmentally sustainable and that the impact on the environment is minimized.
