PNSC Jobs 2023 | Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) is seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Management Staff.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of our shipping fleet and ensuring compliance with international shipping standards.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the safe and efficient operation of the shipping fleet
• Managing and supervising the operations of the shipping fleet, including vessel maintenance, crew management, and cargo handling
• Ensuring compliance with international shipping standards and regulations
• Developing and managing budgets for vessel operations and maintenance
• Building relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
• Conducting research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
• Providing guidance and support to junior staff members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1 years of experience in senior management positions in the shipping industry, preferably with a major shipping company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping software
