POF Jobs 2023 | POF is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced travel agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by assisting them in booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and rental cars.
• Provide advice and recommendations to clients on travel destinations, modes of transportation, and accommodations based on their preferences and budgets.
• Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel vendors to negotiate rates and secure reservations for clients.
• Communicate travel details to clients, including itinerary, costs, and other relevant information.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the travel booking process or while clients are on their trip.
• Maintain accurate records of client bookings and payments.
• Keep up-to-date with travel trends, regulations, and industry developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field.
• At least 1 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of travel booking software such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
• Passion for travel and knowledge of popular travel destinations.
