POF Jobs 2023 | Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) is a premier defense organization seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team.
As a member of the POF team, you will have the opportunity to work on important defense projects and play a critical role in ensuring the security of our country.
Responsibilities:
- Perform duties related to the respective department
- Develop and implement plans, policies, and procedures to achieve the goals and objectives of the department
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the department and develop plans for improvement as needed
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the department
- Provide regular reports to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, or Nursing
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Age limit for the candidate is 18 to 30 years old
