Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of departmental initiatives and programs
• Conduct research and analysis on law enforcement issues and best practices
• Participate in field visits, trainings, and workshops
• Assist in data collection, management, and analysis
• Provide administrative support to departmental staff as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent graduate within the last year, in a relevant field such as criminal justice, law, sociology, psychology, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new environments and challenges
• Interest in pursuing a career in law enforcement or related field
