PSPA Jobs 2023 | The Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA) is currently seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team in various departments.

As a member at PSPA, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of ensuring social protection to the vulnerable and marginalized population of Punjab.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute departmental strategies to achieve organizational goals
• Manage day-to-day operations of the department, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and other partners
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and policy development
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, social sciences or public policy
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated success in managing teams and projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of social protection policies, trends, and issues in Pakistan is preferred
