PSPA Jobs 2023 | Social Protection Authority (PSPA) is a statutory body of the Government of Punjab, established under the Punjab Social Protection Authority Act 2015.

PSPA is responsible for designing and implementing social protection programs, with the aim of reducing poverty, vulnerability and inequality in the province of Punjab.

We are currently seeking a Consultant to join our team, to provide technical assistance and support to our programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social protection, and experience in program design, implementation and monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support to PSPA programs, including design, implementation and monitoring.
• Conduct research and analysis on social protection issues, to inform program design and policy development.
• Develop program guidelines, tools and resources for PSPA staff and partners.
• Support the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks for PSPA programs.
• Collaborate with PSPA staff and partners to ensure effective and efficient program implementation.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, with a focus on social protection programs.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in program design, implementation and monitoring, with knowledge of best practices and standards in social protection.
• Fluency in English and Urdu is required, with excellent writing and presentation skills.
