PSW Jobs 2023 | Pakistan Single Window is seeking highly skilled and motivated Technical Specialists to join our team in Islamabad & Karachi. As a Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of our digital trade facilitation platform, providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our system.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet business requirements
- Conducting technical analyses and assessments to identify potential issues and provide solutions
- Providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, and technical reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in software development and/or technical support
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
