QESCO, the Quetta Electric Supply Company, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization and drive its growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with a deep understanding of the energy sector and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for QESCO, in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
- Oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, including finance, human resources, operations, and customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of corporate governance.
- Drive innovation and efficiency across the organization, with a focus on improving customer service and reducing costs.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, etc.).
- At least 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles in the energy sector, with a proven track record of success.
- Deep understanding of the energy sector, including regulatory frameworks, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement complex business strategies.
- Experience working in a regulated environment is desirable.
