Religious Affairs Jobs 2023 | The Ministry of Religious Affairs is a government agency responsible for promoting and facilitating religious activities in Hajj Directorate.
We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Clerical Personnel on a contract basis for a period of 30 to 45 days.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Ministry of Religious Affairs, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence management.
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as required by the Ministry.
- Respond to inquiries from the public and other stakeholders.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a government agency.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
This is a contract position with a duration of 30 to 45 days. The successful candidate will be offered a fixed daily wage.
