Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and programs to support economic development in Pakistan.
- Conduct research and analysis on economic and financial issues affecting Pakistan.
- Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, private sector organizations, and international institutions.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on economic and financial issues.
- Manage and supervise staff engaged in economic research, analysis, and policy development.
- Represent SBP in meetings, conferences, and other events related to economic development and financial management.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in economic research, analysis, or policy development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of economic and financial issues affecting Pakistan.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, private sector organizations, and international institutions.
- Experience in managing and supervising staff.
