SBP Jobs 2023 | State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) is seeking highly motivated and skilled IT professionals to join our dynamic team in Karachi. As an IT Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to meet the technology needs of the SBP.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, including system crashes, network failures, and software issues.
- Install and configure software applications and operating systems.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
- Provide training and support to end-users on software and hardware issues.
- Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and software.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
- Assist in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
- Participate in IT projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, operating systems, and software applications.
- Familiarity with databases, SQL, and scripting languages.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or MCSE are preferred.
